Development Kit Order Form

`Please read carefully:`

A commercial license for any of the development kits can be purchased for
an one-time fee (see price-list for details) per platform.
Currently supported platforms are MSDOS, WIN16, WIN32, OS/2, IBM AIX, HP/UX,
Sparc Solaris, Intel Solaris, DG/UX m88k, Intel DG/UX, Ultrix, IRIX, SCO Unixware, and Linux.

To become a licensee fill out the agreement, sign under LICENSEE, enclose a
check, money order or cash for the correct amount, and mail it to the address
given in the agreement. Payments via MasterCard or Amex are also accepted.

Upon receipt of the complete documents we will send you a copy of the license
agreement with an authorized signature under LICENSOR.
