Enigma for Windows is a powerful and easy-to-use file encryption and wipe program for MS-DOS and MS-Windows 3.x systems. It implements and uses the well known and widely accepted DES encryption algorithm, trusted by banks and goverment agencies around the world. Enigma for Windows can create executable self-decrypted files. These files can be decrypted by other parties without having installed the program.
